A new Friday lunchtime class for people who work at Derbyshire County Council
A new Friday lunchtime class for people who work at Derbyshire County Council and anyone else who may wish to attend. Join me for a 60 minute class to help break up your day and prepare you for the weekend. The hatha yoga class will be suitable for all and will include breathing exercises and meditation practices.
